Do you love fresh produce and want to help bring it to your local suburb?

What you need

You'll need a packing space and about 6-8 hours of time a week. We bring all the produce to you directly from the markets, so all the leg-work around logistics is done!

You'll earn at least $50/hr

Your main weekly tasks include guiding the ordering process for your Members and packing their orders. You earn a weekly commission based on how much your Pod spends, so the more efficiently you work and the more they spend, the more you earn!

Why should you run a Pod?

It’s like running your own business but with a whole lot of support from us

You'll need to:

• Set up a covered packing space at home

• Receive a delivery on packing day

• Pack Orders

• Complete weekly administrative tasks

• Allow your Pod Members to pick up from your packing location weekly

We'll support you by:

• Providing training and help you get set up

• Helping you grow your Pod

• Organising the wholesale deliveries to your packing space

• Providing you with marketing material to help you be successful

Be the reason your community has access

to cheaper fresher food

Nowadays, local farmer's markets are hardly heard of anymore.

Unfortunately, the need for convenience and forward planning in order to run an efficient modern lifestyle comes into direct

opposition with the expectations of a food co-op. With our App

doing the heavy lifting and you being the point of contact

between your community and the farmers, we can make it a

reality.... together!

Being a Pod Leader is rewarding

I'm a Pod Leader too!

After over a year of writing my blog about the importance of high quality fresh food, promoting local communities, giving a fair price to local growers, sustainable lifestyle and cooking tips and finding ways to provide flexible jobs that fit within people’s lifestyles, I have ultimately decided to blow a breath of fire into Minifarms.

Our business is an embodiment of all of the above.
