Super-Easy Raspberry Bircher

This is a great, nutritious breakfast on the go. Perfect for summer days with a refreshing raspberry tang. With all the other goodies packed in, it is filling enough to sustain you until lunchtime.

What you need:

  • ¾ cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbs linseeds

  • 2 ripe bananas, roughly mashed

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • ¾ cup natural Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbs honey

What to do:

  1. Put the oats and seeds in a bowl and pour over 200ml boiling water and stir well.

  2. Add the honey, bananas and three-quarters of the raspberries. Mash together, cover and chill overnight.

  3. The following morning, layer the raspberry oats into serving bowls with the yogurt.

  4. Top with the reserved raspberries and serve.
