Refreshing Coconut Raspberry Slushies
Fresh, nourishing, bright, and tasty. Both kids and adults will enjoy this refreshing drink, best to be enjoyed poolside of course.
What you need (this will make 8 slushies):
2 L coconut juice
1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries, plus extra raspberries to garnish
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbs honey
Blend all ingredients until almost smooth.
Pour equally into 8 serving glasses and freeze overnight.
Remove from the freezer an hour before serving.
The mixture will thaw into a slushie. Top each glass with extra berries and tuck in with straws and a spoon.
