Mexican San Choi Bao

What you need


  • Fresh coriander leaves

  • Lime slices,

  • Jalapeños if desired


  1. Prepare the chicken or mince and Mexican Spice mixture as per instructions on packet. Chicken can be poached first if desired.

  2. Prepare Pico De Gallo as per recipe. This can be completed a day or two in advance.

  3. Prepare avocado in thin slices

  4. Wash, prepare and place on serving platter- lettuce leaves/cups and garnish.

  5. Let your crew assemble and enjoy their Mexican San Choi Bao however they please!
